Day 1 Pictures Do Not Lie......

Thats the thing pictures do not lie.  I currently weigh 11st 10lbs ( 164 lbs).  My goal is to get to 10st 7lbs( 147lbs). So that works out I need to lose 17 lbs.  I was even heavier by about half a stone.  I want to feel nice in my clothes & underwear.  I have been quite down n the dumps for quite a while. So I really need to motivate myself.  I am fed up feeling wobbly & bloated.  I want to feel sexy for me!. I am sure hubby would not mind either. Hubby needs to lose some weight to. Perhaps if he watches me lose weight it will spur him on. I know its christmas & I am sick of mince pies & chocolate. I do not want to be a pound heavier. Whats the point waiting till after christmas?. I will only be more of a pudding.
So today it starts.

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg with a slice of wholemeal toast
                     1 cup of tea (with 1 sugar)
Snack       -  1 red apple
Lunch      -  1 small bread size wholemeal sandwich with mixed salad & honey roast ham
                     1 Activia yogurt
                     1 small banana
Tea -            1 slice of toast with half a can of baked beans. & a slice of ham

Activity
I took myself for a 1 hour walk in the winter sunshine. It was lovely all the fresh air

Each day I eat well I am going to award myself a green tick!

  1. Good for you! Its all about feeling happy about ourselves. I would be thrilled to be at your current weight after being as heavy as I was but its all relative to our own bodies. I think its great what you said about why wait until after Christmas. I am doing Body for Life although its typical to start on a Monday I figured, why wait? I can do this right now so why prolong it? good for you. You are in the right mindset for success.
